Turn and Pin Camp
July 6th-9thText Box: THIS CAMP WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 50 CAMPERS

The TURN AND PIN CAMP is designed for wrestlers, ages 10—18 years old, looking to dominate their opponents on the mat. The camp will explore the most effective ways to ride, turn, and pin or technical fall a good opponent. Emphasis will be placed on leg riding, controlling wrists, arm bars, tilts, breakdowns, cradles, and winning 30-second ride outs. If you are already a good rider and pinner, this camp can give you an even greater variety of moves to turn your opponents. If you have been unsuccessful at pinning or riding, this camp can provide you with the basic skills and specialized techniques you need to begin dominating from the top position.
